All of the questions on this page can be customised by you to be relevant to your venue.
Do I need to pre-book? Opening hours?
All our activities are on a pre-booked basis only. We suggest you book online or call us before travelling to us. We rarely can accommodate walk-ins. We can open any day of the year but on a strict pre-booked basis only.
What should I wear?
You should dress for the elements and the prevailing weather. If partaking in an active activity, we recommend clothes that are older, you don’t mind getting a little dirty and that you can move in.
What age do I need to be?
All our activities have their minimum ages listed at the top of the page and in their FAQ. We require that children and customers under 16 years of age be accompanied by an adult. This adult may be required to stay, but does not have to part take, for the duration of the activities.
Can I bring more people?
If you are arriving with more or fewer people than your booking is for you must call us in advance. This allows us to plan your activities and ensure we have the capacity for your group.

Can I bring my own equipment?
All external equipment must be pre-authorised by us. Please call or message us directly prior to your arrival to ensure we can accommodate you. Our decision is final and your equipment must pass our inspection before it can be used.
What food do you offer? Can I bring my own?
Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your own food if you wish. We have an onsite tuck shop.
Our food is catered by a local company. The exact menu is subject to change without notice. We recommend if you have an allergy, food sensitivity or require a particular meal option that you contact us prior to booking. We cannot make accommodations on the day of the booking.
Is it safe?
Absolutely. Our safety record is impeccable and unblemished. All our staff are trained to the highest standards and we take safety very seriously. All activities are observed and supervised.
Do you offer discounts?
Our online system automatically quotes our best rate for a given day and group size. If you require a different rate or have a large group, please contact us and we will quote you on an individual basis.
What if it rains?
We are located in a forested area and you can rarely tell if it is even raining when playing! Our base camp area is fully covered meaning no matter the weather, we can assure you of a great day out.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes! All our helmets and goggles are designed to accommodate glasses. However, many of our marshals wear glasses and recommend, if you can, to wear contact lens.
Do you have showers & toilets?
We currently do not offer showers at our facility. We have both males and female toilets onsite.
Do playing groups mix?
Generally speaking, groups are mixed based on their activity, group size and experience. We always keep similar skill levels and ages together. If you require a private game, or a game just with your group, please contact us prior to booking so we can accomodate you.
Can we play on our own?
Depending on your group size and booked day, we may be able to permit you to play in your own group. However if you require a guarantee of playing with just your group, you should contact us prior to booking.
Are party groups mixed?
Generally speaking, we mix party groups when playing. This, in our 10-year experience, greatly enhances the games and brings out the best in teamwork. We will, however, permit groups to play with just their group provided they contact us prior to booking.
